2024 rIVER CITY BIKE EXPO

The 2024 River City Bike Expo will be held at the Owensboro Convention center located on the riverfront in downtown Owensboro Kentucky. The show will consist of a bike show for all motorcycles and a sound competition and a professional stunt show that will be held outside the convention center, the sound competition will be on the pier overlooking the Ohio river, we are returning with a tattoo experience in one of the ballrooms upstairs, to attract even more people to the show.  Again in 2024 we are having the show in June to make this a riding weekend destination, with Owensboro’s premier Friday After 5 summer festival on the riverfront with multiple music stages we foresee a multiple demographic attraction in attendance.

The Tri-State area had been without a show of this caliber for the past three years, until 2023 when the return of our national caliber shows along with new developments the city of Owensboro and the convention center is behind the return of this show format, that was incredibly successful as a winter show in 2015 – 2017 and when we returned last year, the response was incredible!  We as well as the city look forward to the year two of a long running series of our show. 

Tentative show hours are scheduled below:

Thursday 5/30/2024 will be load in/move in starting at 8am (cst)

Friday 5/31/2024 Vendor load in/set up until 2pm (cst)

Friday 5/31/2024 Doors OPEN 4PM - 8PM (cst)

Saturday 6/1/2024 Doors OPEN 10AM - 8PM (cst)

Sunday 6/2/2024 Church In Foyer 10:00AM Exhbit Hall OPEN 11AM (cst)

*note* vendors will be required to tear down and move out of the exhibit hall Sunday evening by 12am midnight (cst)

We will have vendor trailer parking conveniently located adjacent to the convention center.

Pinup Baggers are the new show series owners/promoters and will be hiring subcontractors to operate portions of the show in order to expand the experience all weekend.

Booking your vendor space by 2/28/2024 will qualify your business for a discounted rate as follows

10’x10’ $250 10’x20’ $450

10’x30’ $600 10’x40’ $700

After 1/31/2024 the rate will increase to the following

10’x10’ $300 10’x20’ $500

10’x30’ $650 10’x40’ $750

All additional space exceeding 10’x40’ can be purchased for $150 per 10’ increment.

*All booth rentals will include 2 admission wristbands / 1 table & 2 chairs
